Understand

We begin with the end in mind. We cannot stress enough the importance of this. From the very first conversation, we pay careful attention to learning your business and culture. We'll understand your history, style, funding, values, challenges, decision making process, etc. This learning process matures into a thorough understanding of the position and its requirements. At that point we create a profile of the education, technical expertise, personality, motivation, and breadth of vision, adaptability, managerial style, life circumstance and other characteristics required for the candidate's superior long-term performance.

Identify

We then mine our extensive contact network to identify potential candidates for each search based upon the above knowledge. Prospective candidates are located primarily through our personal research and our international network of scientific, executive and biopharmaceutical contacts. Secondarily we utilize computerized databases, information files, national web sources for articles and publications and other resources.

Introduce

Introducing the position to the highly sought after candidate is a critical phase of the search. The first contact with a high profile candidate is very difficult and must be approached in a sensitive and upbeat manner.
