Paula KazarosianPaula Kazarosian
I am the quintessential people person! Out of college I jumped into modeling work, signing with the Hart Agency in Boston then on to New York.  After three long years, I came back to MA to help friends build a small fitness center in southern NH. While teaching the aerobics classes and selling the memberships I realized how much I enjoy people, hearing their stories, and learning about them.

In 1984 I joined a recruiting franchise and stayed for 17 years having achieved the top of the ranks as VP of R+D Recruiting and top biller. In 2000 I bought an 800 acre horse farm in Maine and started my own agency , Steele Executive Search. I’ve learned that both small biotech and large pharmaceutical have personalities, they have dreams and they grow.  To be part of that is an exciting process.

Helping to build the infrastructure of so many diverse organizations over the past 37+ years continues to be privilege and satisfaction I wouldn’t trade for the world!

I look forward to learning all about you!

After coming to Steele Executive Search as the office manager I quickly realized that recruiting was a much better fit for my personality than the administrative side of the business. I found the interaction with candidates and companies fascinating and as soon as we were able to find an amazing person for our office management, I transitioned into working behind the scenes on research.

After gaining experience and a network as a researcher, I started and lead the Biology/Analytical desk.

I look forward to assisting in your next career move or in building your perfect team!”

After living abroad for 20 years where I specialized in human resources for government contracting and real estate, my husband and I retired to a beautiful home in the mountains of Maine.  When the office manager position opened five miles from my home, I was thrilled to get back into a professional working environment. Retirement is not for me… YET!

I now run the front office as Office Manager for Steele Executive Search and have been learning much about the world of drug discovery.
