Classic Search
Our ‘Classic Search’ is the service most preferred by our clients. The full fee is split into thirds, the first of which is paid upon initiating the search with an executed contract. The second fee is released after three viable candidates have been accepted and video screened. The final third is paid only upon the successful completion of the search!
As always, Steele Executive search will encourage you to suggest anything that you feel is important, everything we do is for a successful outcome and we pride ourselves on being quick to embrace unique requests. For returning customers or multi-hires we offer a partnership opportunity. For this option we offer exclusive rates as our unique thank-you for your loyalty!
Reserve Search
Our Reserve Search is an exclusive contract similar in all ways to the Classic Search with two differences:
- 1 . There would be one payment upon signing a contract and initiating the search and the final two payments upon successful completion.
- 2. You would not have exclusive ownership of active preferred candidates.
In all other respects this option remains the same as the Classic Search. We have found this to be popular with nascent biotech companies that do not want to risk up front capital and yet want the same diligence and aggressive attention to their search process.
PARTNERSHIP SEARCH
As always, Steele Executive encourages you to think creatively and propose something new! Something which you feel would be tailored to your company. We pride ourselves on being quick to embrace unique requests especially for returning customers and/or multi-hire contracts. This is a fluid (in keeping with our ‘think like water’ theme) option strictly between SES and you!
